1. What Vexify is

Vexify is an AI-powered gaming clip editor. You upload gameplay footage, Vexify analyses it and generates short-form vertical clips for platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts. The service is built and operated by an independent developer.

2. Accepting these terms

By using Vexify you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms may be updated at any time — continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

3. Your content

You own all footage you upload. By uploading, you confirm:

• You have the right to use the footage (it's your own recording or you have permission)
• Your footage does not violate any third-party copyright, including game publisher rights beyond fair use
• Your footage does not contain illegal content

Vexify does not claim ownership of your footage or the clips generated from it. Your raw footage is deleted automatically after processing and is never stored on external servers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vexify to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates anyone's rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Share access credentials or access keys with others
• Use the service in ways that could damage or overload the system
• Generate clips intended to harass, defame, or harm any individual

5. AI-generated content

Vexify uses Google Gemini AI to analyse footage and write captions. AI outputs can be inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated captions before publishing. Vexify is not liable for any AI-generated content that causes harm if published without review.

6. Free tier and paid tiers

The free tier is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime or availability. Prices may change with notice.

Cancellation: you can cancel a paid plan at any time, yourself, from Settings — no need to contact us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access to your plan through the period you already paid for, and it automatically reverts to the Free tier afterward. You can undo a pending cancellation at any point before that period ends, also from Settings.

Refunds: no refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law. Canceling stops future charges — it does not refund the current period, since you retain access through the end of it.

7. Privacy and data

Vexify's processing runs on our cloud servers, not on your own device. Your uploaded footage is processed by our AI pipeline and automatically deleted once processing finishes — it is not kept, archived, or reused. Generated clips are stored temporarily so you can preview and download them, then automatically cleaned up. We do not sell your data to anyone.

8. Liability limitation

Vexify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for:

• Loss of footage or clips due to technical issues
• Platform strikes or takedowns resulting from clips you post
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the service
• Service downtime or interruptions

Your use of Vexify is entirely at your own risk.

9. Intellectual property

The Vexify name, logo, and product design are the property of the developer. You may not use the Vexify brand or reproduce the product without permission. Game names, logos, and trademarks referenced in Vexify belong to their respective owners — Vexify is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Vexify at any time, for any reason, without notice — particularly for violations of these terms. You may stop using Vexify at any time.

11. Changes to the service

Vexify is an early-stage product. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.
